CREATED AND IMPLEMENTED THE SPECIAL NEEDS TRUST PROGRAM INCLUDING ESTABLISHING ALL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR ADMINISTERING TRUSTS SO THAT RECIPIENTS WILL REMAIN ELIGIBLE FOR MEANS TESTED GOVERNMENT BENEFITS. IN 2020 OUR FIRST YEAR OF OPERATION WE ONBOARDED 7 NEW CLIENTS INCLUDING 2 THAT WE WORK ON ON A PRO BONO BASIS
ESTABLISHED A PRO BONO PROGRAM FOR TRUSTEE AND FINANCIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY SERVICES. WE RECEIVED MANDATES TO SUPPORT ADDITIONAL CLIENTS IN 2020 WHICH CAME ONBOARD IN 2021. 3 ADDITIONAL PRO BONO CLIENTS
