OUR MISSION IS TO ATTRACT DIVERSE PEOPLE, NUTURE ARTISTS, AND STRENGTHEN KANSAS CITY ECONOMICALLY BY PRODUCING CULTURAL, EDUCATION, ACCESSIBLE, AND AFFORDABLE EVENTS THAT CONNECT AUDIENCES, ARTISTS, BUSINESSES, AND CIVIC ORGANIZATIONS. THE KC FRINGE FESTIVAL FOSTERS AN INCLUSIVE ARTS COMMUNITY, PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES FOR ARTISTS, FROM EMERGING TO ESTABLISHED, TO SHARE THEIR WORK, AND CELEBRATES ARTISTIC EXPRESSION.

KC FRINGE FESTIVAL WAS FOUNDED IN 2006 AND HAS PRODUCED A FESTIVAL EVERY YEAR. UNTIL 2019, FESTIVAL RESULTS WERE OUTLINED IN KC CREATES INC. THE 2020 AND 2021 FESTIVALS WERE THE FIRST VIRTUAL FESTIVALS AND THE FIRST TWO YEARS UNDER THIS EIN. THE 2022 RESTIVAL RETURNED TO A LIVE FORMAT COMBINED WITH SOME VIRTUAL ACTIVITIES.
