THE OPERATIONS MISSION IS TO GROW, CONNECT, AND INSPIRE THE TECH TALENT COMMUNITY THROUGH CAREER DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION PROGRAMS. PROGRAMMING HAS BEEN DEVELOPED BASED ON THE TECH PROFESSIONAL LIFECYCLE AND INCLUDES YOUTH IN TECHNOLOGY AND COLLEGE REDINESS PROGRAMS FOR CHILDREN AND HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS, CODE SCHOOL AND TECH CAREER NAVIGATORS FOR ENTRY LEVEL TECH PROFESSIONALS, AND LEADERSHIP ACADEMIES AND CONTINUING EDUCATION FOR SEASONED PROFESSIONALS AND INDUSTRY LEADERS.
