LIVE CONCERTS:ASHUELOT CONCERTS PRESENTED ITS FIRST INTERNATIONAL CONCERT SERIES OF 16 EVENTS ACROSS THREE DIFFERENT VENUES IN KEENE, WALPOLE AND JAFFREY, NEW HAMPSHIRE. AUDIENCE NUMBERS GREW SIGNIFICANTLY ACROSS THE SEASON, ATTRACTING FIRST-TIME ATTENDEES OF ALL AGES AS WELL AS SECURING A GROWING LOYAL FOLLOWING. ARTISTS WERE DRAWN FROM EUROPE AND ACROSS THE U.S.OFFERING A RURAL COMMUNMITY A CHANCE TO HEAR CONCERTS USUALLY RESERVED FOR MAJOR METROPOLITAN AREAS.
SCHOOL OUTREACH PROGRAMS:ASHUELOT CONCERTS PRESENTED 36 SCHOOL PERFORMANCES ACROSS 28 DIFFERENT LOCAL SCHOOLS REACHING AN AUDIENCE OF 6,500 CHILDREN. THIS PROGRAM GAVE THOUSANDS OF LOCAL CHILDREN THEIR FIRST OPPORTUNITY TO HEAR CLASSICAL MUSIC PREFORMED LIVE, BY RENOWNED ARTISTS ON FAMOUS MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS.
