PRIVATE MUSIC INSTRUCTION: NEMPAC PROVIDES PRIVATE AND GROUP MUSIC LESSONS TO STUDENTS OF ALL AGES AND ABILITIES ACROSS SEVERAL GENRES OF MUSIC AND INSTRUMENTS INCLUDING PIANO, VOICE, GUITAR, STRINGS, WOODWINDS, BRASS, AND PERCUSSION.
CHILD COURSES AND OUTREACH: NEMPAC PROVIDES HIGH-QUALITY INSTRUCTION AND ACCESS TO MUSIC, THEATRE, AND DANCE TRAINING THROUGH ITS YOUTH CLASSES BOTH AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAMS AND EARLY CHILDHOOD. ITS PARTNERSHIPS WITH LOCAL SCHOOLS SUPPORTS IN-SCHOOL AND AFTER-SCHOOL ACCESS AND AFFORDABILITY TO MUSIC FOR STUDENTS OF ALL AGES AND ABILITIES.
SUMMER PROGRAMS AND FULL-DAY WORKSHOPS ARE OFFERED BETWEEN FOUR TO SIX WEEKS THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER MONTHS, MANY OF WHICH ARE PERFORMANCE-BASED. STUDENTS ENGAGE IN MUSIC THEATRE TROUPE, MEET THE INSTRUMENTS, DANCE PROGRAMS, AND TEEN INTERNSHIP PROGRAMS. MANY OF THE PROGRAMS ALSO COMPLEMENT THE FREE COMMUNITY NEMPAC SUMMER CONCERT SERIES.
