LMP IS SHIFTING THE PUBLIC PARADIGM WITH RESPECT TO WHAT IT MEANS FOR HUMAN BEINGS TO BE MENTALLY HEALTHY AND FEEL A SENSE OF WHOLENESS AND CONNECTION IN LIFE. LMP ACCOMPLISHES THIS THROUGH PUBLIC EDUCATION OUTREACH, DEVELOPING ADAPTABLE BLUEPRINT PROGRAMS FOR SCHOOLS AND ORGANIZATIONS, AND WORKING WITH MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS. LA MAIDA PROJECT APPROACH TO ORGANIZATIONAL TRANSFORMATION: LA MAIDA PROJECT HAS DEVELOPED AN APPROACH FOR ORGANIZATIONS TO ACHIEVE OPTIMAL MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING THROUGH SUPPORTING AND SUSTAINING GROUPS AS THEY DEVELOP SPECIFIC VALUES AND PRACTICES THAT FOSTER RESILIENCE, CONNECTION, PURPOSE, AND MEANING IN WORK AND LIFE. LA MAIDA PROJECTS APPROACH INVOLVES THE EXPLORATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF BRINGING OUR ECOLOGICAL APPROACH TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT SERVE THE MOST VULNERABLE COMMUNITIES IN OUR SOCIETY.
