TO OPERATE DURANGO MESA PARK AS A BROADLY SUPPORTED COMMUNITY ASSET THAT PROMOTES COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION, ECONOMIC VITALITY, AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION.


TO MAINTAIN THE NATURAL, UNDEVELOPED BEAUTY OF THE PARK BY CONSERVING THE LAND AND CREATING OPEN SPACES NOT SUBJECT TO DEVELOPMENT.


TO PROVIDE FUNDING AND RESOURCES TOWARD THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PARK INTO A NATIONAL CALIBER VENUE FOR RECREATIONAL, ATHLETIC, CULTURAL, ARTISTIC, EQUESTRIAN, AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES.
