TO MAINTAIN THE NATURAL, UNDEVELOPED BEAUTY OF THE PARK BY CONSERVING THE LAND AND CREATING OPEN SPACES NOT SUBJECT TO DEVELOPMENT.
TO PROVIDE FUNDING AND RESOURCES TOWARD THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PARK INTO A NATIONAL CALIBER VENUE FOR RECREATIONAL, ATHLETIC, CULTURAL, ARTISTIC, EQUESTRIAN, AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES.
