PROGRESSIVE PIPELINE RECRUITS, TRAINS, AND SUPPORTS UNDERREPRESENTED COLLEGE STUDENTS AND HELPS THEM LAUNCH CAREERS IN ORGANIZING AND CIVIC ENGAGEMENT. THE ORGANIZATION OFFERS INTERACTIVE TRAINING AND INTENSIVE COACHING OR DIGITAL ORGANIZING TECHNIQUES AND CAREER READINESS. FELLOWS LEARN TO MANAGE VOLUNTEERS, LEAD TRAININGS, TELL THEIR OWN STORIES, AND MOVE OTHERS TO ACTION. THEN, THEY RECEIVE PERSONALIZED CAREER COACHING, RESUME AND COVER LETTER HELP, AND CONNECTIONS TO FUTURE EMPLOYERS.
