VIOLENCE PREVENTION IS TO IDENTIFY & MEDIATE CONFLICS BEFORE BECOMING LETHAL CONFLICTS.OUR ACHIEVEMENTS INCLUDE INCREASED MEDIATIONS AND REDUCED NUMBER OF FETAL SHOOTINGS. TARGETED NEIGHBORHOOD HAS SEEN SIGNIFICANT DECLINE IN GUN VIOLENCE & INCREASED NUMBER OF AT-RISK INDIVIDUALS REFERRED TO TREATMENT FOR SUD & MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES. OPIOD PREVENTION:BRING AWARNESS & EDUCATION RELATED TO OPIOD OVERDOSES TO REDUCE NUMBER OF DEATHS FROM OPIOD BY PROVIDING NALOXONE AND TRAIN HOW TO USE IT TO THE COMMUNITY MEMBERS.THIS PROGRAM INCREASE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS EDUCATED ABOUT OPIOD & RESPONSE EFFORTS. REDUCED STIGMA TO SEEK MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT IN THE COMMUNITY.
