CLEVELAWN IS A LOCAL 501C-3 DEDICATED TO REDUCING VIOLENCE AND DIMINISHING INTERGENERATIONAL POVERTY BY CREATING A POSITIVE CHANGE IN OUR COMMUNITY. OUT MISSION IS TO PROVIDE PAID TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT IN PROPERTY MAINTENANCE AND RENOVATION FOR HARD TO HIRE INDIVIDUALS.

THE CLEVELAWN PROGRAM SERVICES DIVISION PROVIDES WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT AND RETURNING CITIZENS WHO ARE NON-SEXUALLY ORIENTED OFFENDERS. EXTENSIVE AND RETURNING CITIZENS WHO ARE NON-SEXUALLY ORIENTED OFFENDERS. EXTENSIVE ON THE JOB TRAINING IS PROVIDED FOR PROPERTY MAINTENANCE, REHAB AND RENOVATION WORK. GOAL OF TRAINING IS TO BUILD SKILL SETS AND APPITUTE THAT WILL TRANSFORM OVER MULTIPLE TRADES AND OPEN UP INTEREST IN OTHER VOCATIONS. SALARIES ARE EARNED FOR SERVICES PERFORMED THROUGH BEAUTIFYING, MAINTAINING, AND RENOVATION
