ENRICHMENT: TO PROVIDE NON-CREDIT CLASSES FOR THE COMMUNITY NEEDS. BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM: TO PROVIDE BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL EDUCATIONAL AND ACTIVITY PROGRAMS FOR CHILDREN IN THE COMMUNITY. CONTRACT MANAGEMENT: TO PROVIDE MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISORY SERVICES FOR LOCAL SCHOOLS AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS. CAREER TRAINING: TO PROVIDE TRAINING CLASSES.
