THE SHARPENING YOUR INTERPERSONAL SKILLS WORKSHOP IS DESIGNED TO ENHANCE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF CHRISTIAN WORKERS BY PROVIDING TRAINING IN KEY AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE ATTITUDES AND SKILLS NEEDED FOR DEVELOPING AND MAINTAINING HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS. TRAINING IS INTERACTIVE UTILIZING THE MOST EFFECTIVE METHODS OF ADULT LEARNING. SYIS WORKSHOPS ARE FIVE DAYS IN LENGTH AND CONSIST OF 18 MODULES. ONLY A FEW ON-SITE WORKSHOPS WE CONDUCTED IN 2021 DUE TO THE IMPACT OF THE COVID PANDEMIC. AN AVERAGE OF TWO ONLINE COURSES WERE HOSTED EACH QUARTER OF 2021. NO NEW FACILITATOR TRAINING WAS DONE IN 2021 DUE TO THE PANDEMIC.
