THE SHARPENING YOUR INTERPERSONAL SKILLS WORKSHOP IS DESIGNED TO ENHANCE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF CHRISTIAN WORKERS BY PROVIDING TRAINING IN KEY AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE ATTITUDES AND SKILLS NEEDED FOR DEVELOPING AND MAINTAINING HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS. TRAINING IS INTERACTIVE UTILIZING THE MOST EFFECTIVE METHODS OF ADULT LEARNING. SYIS IS PRESENTED IN BOTH ON-SITE AND ONLINE FORMATS. WORKSHOPS TO TRAIN NEW SYIS FACILITATORS ARE ALSO PROVIDED FOR THOSE WHO WISH TO PARTNER WITH INTERNATIONAL TRAINING PARTNERS AND BECOME FACILITATORS OF SYIS.
