ADVANCE AND SUSTAIN QUALITY HEALTHCARE IN LOCAL RURAL MOUNTAIN COMMUNITY: WE HAVE FUNDED PROGRAMS AND INDIVIDUALS IN 2021 FOR THEIR ADVANCEMENT TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE OVERALL HEALTHCARE OF THE COMMUNITY. EXAMPLES INCLUDE DONATING FUNDS TO RESTORE A DILAPIDATED GYMNASIUM IN THE KREMMLING COMMUNITY THAT LACKS A PUBLIC GYM, SENDING A PHYSICAL THERAPIST TO THE PARALYMPICS SO THAT HER EXPERIENCE WELL STRENGTHEN HER WORK LOCALLY, AND DONATING INFUSION EQUIPMENT TO STRENGTHEN THE INFUSION SERVICES OFFERED LOCALLY AND IMPROVE THE INFUSION PATIENT EXPERIENCE.
MPMF RAISES THE FUNDS FOR SCHOLARSHIPS TO THREE DIFFERENT CATEGORIES OF PEOPLE IN THE SURRONDING AREA THAT ARE WISHING TO START OR FURTHER THEIR MEDICAL EDUCATION. ON AVERAGE WE GIVE OUT 15-20 SCHOLARSHIPS A YEAR.
BENEFIT DINNER FUNDS RAISED ARE DONATED TO MIDDLE PARK HEALTH FOR THEIR GREATEST NEED. THIS YEAR IT WAS EQUIPMENT FOR AN INFUSION CENTER. MIDDLE PARK HEALTH IS LOCATED IN GRAND COUNTY HOME TO JUST OVER 15,000 PEOPLE.
