IT IS OUR MISSION TO PROVIDE THIS COMMUNITY WITH AN ATHLETIC ENVIRONMENT THAT ALLOWS EACH ATHLETE TO REACH THEIR POTENTIAL AND PURSUE THEIR LIFE'S GOALS THROUGH THROUGH SNOW SPORTS.

OUR 2022/2023 SKI SEASON CONTINUED TO SEE MEMBERSHIP GROWTH AND ATHLETE ENGAGEMENT. OUR ATHLETES TRAVELED ACROSS THE WEST TO PARTICIPATE IN SKI RACES AND BIG MOUNTAIN COMPETITIONS. WE CONSISTENTLY SAW PODIUM-LEVEL PERFORMANCES AND INVITATIONS TO NATIONAL AND NORTH AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIPS. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, WE WERE ABLE TO PROVIDE A CULTURE AND ENVIRONMENT FOR OUR ATHLETES THAT CELEBRATED PERSONALIZED PROGRESS AND SUCCESS AND REINFORCED RESILIENCY, HARD WORK AND DEVELOPING A LIFE-LONG LOVE OF SKIING AND THE OUTDOORS. WE ALSO OFFER SUPPORT THROUGH OUR SCHOLARSHIP FUND, WHICH ASSISTS IN TWO CATEGORIES. FIRSTLY, WE OFFER PROGRAM FEE SUPPORT TO LOCAL FAMILIES. SECONDLY, WE PROVIDE PROJECT-BASED SUPPORT FOR SPECIFIC EVENTS, SUCH AS COMPETITIONS OR CAMPS, THAT INCUR ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR OUR MEMBER FAMILIES. THIS YEAR, WE ALLOCATED 10,000 IN PROJECT-BASED DISCOUNTS ANAD 8,000 IN PROGRAM FEES. THIS SUPPORT IMPACTED 67 INDIVIDUALS WHO RECEIVED EITHER A PROGRAM FEE SUPPORT OR A PROJECT DISCOUNT. 48% OF OUR ATHLETES LIVE IN THE COMMUNITY VS. TRAVELING FROM THE FRONT RANGE TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR PROGRAM. AGES PARTICIPATING RANGE FROM 5 TO 19.
