COOPER HILL SKI AREA, INC., DBA SKI COOPER (THE ORGANIZATION OR SKI COOPER), IS A COLORADO NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION FORMED TO OPERATE A SKI RESORT NINE MILES FROM LEADVILLE, AT THE TOP OF TENNESSEE PASS ON HIGHWAY 24. SKI COOPER PROVIDES A HIGH QUALITY, FAMILY-ORIENTED, AFFORDABLE ALTERNATIVE TO THE LARGER COLORADO SKI RESORTS. THE ORGANIZATION SERVES LOCAL GUESTS FROM THE SURROUNDING MOUNTAIN COMMUNITIES, REGIONAL GUESTS FROM THE DENVER AND COLORADO SPRINGS METROPOLITAN MARKETS, AND DESTINATION VISITORS FROM SURROUNDING STATES.
