SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR, THE FOUR POINTS ASSOCIATION HAS PROVIDED A MEETING FACILITY FOR NUMEROUS NON-PROFIT AND COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS. THESE GROUPS ACCOUNTED FOR APPROXIMATELY 50% OF OUR HALL USAGE THIS PAST YEAR. SOME OF THESE GROUPS WERE CHARGED FOR THE USE OF THE HALL AND SOME WERE NOT, DEPENDING ON THEIR USE AND ABILITY TO PAY. IT IS OUR INTENTION TO CONTINUE TO PROVIDE A FACILITY FOR USE BY NON-PROFIT GROUPS AT A REASONABLE COST OR AT NO CHARGE.
