OCC LEASES THE PROPERTIES TO LFS, AND MAY ALSO LEASE TO OTHER CHURCH-RELATED ENTITIES AND OTHER NOT-FOR-PROFIT ENTITIES, IN ADDITION TO PROVIDING FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE BUILDINGS. OCC CURRENTLY OWNS AND LEASES THREE BUILDINGS TO LFS, ONE OF WHICH IS LOCATED AT 24TH AND DODGE STREET IN OMAHA, AND ONE EACH IN FREMONT AND NORTH PLATTE.
