MAINTENANCE OF THE HISTORIC EISENHOWER CHAPEL AT THE HEART OF LOWRY AS A MEETING PLACE AND EVENT CENTER FOR THE COMMUNITY. THE CHAPEL IS AVAILABLE TO RENT FOR WEDDINGS AND OTHER EVENTS.
