COTTONWOOD IS "PEOPLE SERVING PEOPLE".

COTTONWOOD BEGAN FAMILY CAREGIVER SERVICES AS PART OF COLORADO'S STATE PILOT PROGRAM, AND CONTINUES TO EXPAND THIS SUCCESSFUL PROGRAM IN SETTINGS THAT VARY BASED ON THE NEEDS OF THE INDIVIDUAL, AND THE FAMILY. COTTONWOOD PROVIDES CHOICE DRIVEN RESIDENTIAL SERVICES IN APARTMENT SETTINGS, HOST HOMES, AND HOMES OWNED BY THE INDIVIDUALS IN SERVICE. COTTONWOOD ALSO PROVIDES A DAY PROGRAM THAT FOCUSES ON INTEGRATING INDIVIDUALS INTO THE COMMUNITY, ALONG WITH PROVIDING ACCESS TO ACTIVITIES THAT IMPROVE SKILLS, AND EXPRESSION OF CREATIVE ABILITY.
