TO ACCEPT GIFTS AND CONTRIBUTIONS TO DEVELOP, MAINTAIN, AND SUPPORT THE SPORT OF SKI AND SNOWBOARD COMPETITION IN THE AREAS OF ALPINE, SNOWBOARD, FREESTYLE, NORDIC, AND OTHER COMPETITIVE WINTER SPORTS. THESE FUNDS ARE DISTRIBUTED AS GRANTS TO THE WINTER PARK COMPETITION CENTER FOR THE BENEFITS OF INDIVIDUALS ENGAGED IN DEVELOPING THEIR COMPETITIVE SKILLS TO DEFRAY THE COSTS INVOLVED IN TRAINING, EQUIPMENT, TRAVEL, AND EXPENSES RELATED TO COMPETITION.
