ADVANCE, PROMOTE, AND PRESERVE THE SPORT OF SNOWMOBILING IN COLORADO (AND ANY OTHER LAWFUL PROS IN CHARACTER WITH THE ORGANIZATION);PLAN AND COORDINATE SAFETY WITH ALL ASSOCIATION MEMBERS;MONITOR AND AFFECT POSITIVE LEGISLATION FOR SNOWMOBILING WITH LOCAL, STATE, AND NATIONAL GOVERNMENTS;UNIFY ALL SNOWMOBILERS FOR ENJOYMENT OF THE OUTDOORS WITH DEVELOPMENT OF A FRATERNAL SPIRIT AMONG SNOWMOBILERS AND OTHER WINTER SPORTS ENTHUSIASTS;DISSEMINATE INFORMATION APPLICABLE TO THE SPORT OF SNOWMOBILING;SUPPORT CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS AND/OR CAUSES;COOPERATE WITH LOCAL SEARCH AND RESCUE TEAMS AS REQUESTED.

FOR CHARITABLE AREAS, WE PARTICIPATE IN A YEARLY HORIZONS DAY WHERE WE TAKE PATIENTS AT HORIZONS OUT FOR SNOWMOBILE RIDES IN THE SPRING. WE COLLECTED A BUNCH OF TOYS FOR TOYS FOR TOTS. FOR OTHER AREAS, OUR PRIMARY MISSION IS GROOMING AND MAINTENANCE OF 100 MILES SNOWMOBILE TRAILS IN THE ROUTT NATIONAL FOREST. AT PUT IN AT LEAST 600 HOURS OF GROOMING LAST YEAR, AS WELL AS SEVERAL TRIPS OUT TO MAINTAIN TRAIL MARKERS AND SUCH. WE COORDINATE WITH CDOT AND THE FOREST SERVICE AROUND SPECIAL SNOWMOBILING EVENTS THAT OCCUR (VARIOUS RACES, SPRING FLING, ETC.). WE HAD A STAND AT SOME CAIC (COLORADO AVALANCHE INFORMATION CENTER) EVENTS.
