INSTRUCTIONAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS FOUNDATION, INC. D/B/A VOQAL USA (THE "FOUNDATION" IS A NONPROFIT CORPORATION ORGANIZED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF COLORADO IN JULY 1983. THE FOUNDATION IS ORGANIZED AND WILL BE OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY BOTH FOR "CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC, AND EDUCATIONALX AND "SOCIAL WELFARE" PURPOSES (SUCH TERMS HAVING THE MEANING PROVIDED UNDER SECTIONS 501(C)(3) AND 501(C)(4), RESPECTIVELY, OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986 ("I.R.C").
