RURAL AREA MEALS PROGRAM (RAMP) PROVIDES SENIORS LIVING IN THEIR OWN HOMES WITH VARIED AND NUTRITIOUS MEALS.
TRANSPORTATION: PRIVATE MEDICAL TRIPS AND SCHEDULED GROUP TRIPS TO SHOPPING, MEALS, OR RECREATION FOR REGISTERED SENIORS.
CHORES: QUALIFYING SENIORS RECEIVE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE WITH SEASONAL CHORES THAT CONTRIBUTE TO THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF THEIR HOME. CHORES CAN RANGE FROM CHIMNEY SWEEPING, SNOW REMOVAL, FIREWOOD DELIVERY & STACKING, HAND-RAIL OR RAMP INSTALLATION, WILDFIRE MITIGATION, AND MORE CLIENTS MAY USE RECOMMENDED CONTRACTORS OR CHOOSE THEIR OWN.
ALL OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES PROVIDING ASSISTANCE TO SENIORS IN PARK COUNTY.
