ALL ASSOCIATION ACTIVITIES STRIVE TO IMPROVE THE PERFORMANCE AND QUALITY OF ASPHALT, AND TO MARKET THE ASPHALT INDUSTRY WITHIN COLORADO. PEOPLE AND MEMBERS SERVED ARE CDOT, FHWA, AND CITY AND COUNTY PERSONNEL. IN ADDITION, THE ASSOCIATION PROMOTES BETTER RELATIONS AND UNDERSTANDING IN THE USE AND MAINTENANCE OF ASPHALT AMONG ITS MEMBERS AND OTHERS INCLUDING GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS, ENGINEERS AND CONTRACTORS.
ONGOING TRAINING IS PROVIDED TO THE ABOVE MEMBERS AND ORGANIZATIONS. HUNDREDS OF NEWSLETTERS ARE PRODUCED AND DISTRIBUTED EACH YEAR, MOST OF WHICH ARE DISTRIBUTED TO MEMBERS AND OTHER INTERESTED PEOPLE AND ORGANIZATIONS. ADDITIONAL INDUSTRY PROMOTION AND EDUCATION PUBLICATIONS ARE DEVELOPED TO FURTHER BENEFIT THE MEMBERSHIP.
