MEMBER SERVICE - COLORADO SOCIETY OF CPAS (THE ORGANIZATION) DEVELOPS AND PROVIDES SERVICES AND BENEFITS TO MEMBERS. THE ORGANIZATION OFFERS ACTIVITIES TO ASSIST MEMBERS IN UNDERSTANDING AND ADJUSTING TO CHANGES IN THE ECONOMIC, POLITICAL, SOCIAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL ENVIRONMENT, AND PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES FOR MEMBERS TO PARTICIPATE IN COMMUNITY, BUSINESS, LEGISLATIVE, EDUCATIONAL, AND OTHER ACTIVITIES WHERE THEIR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED. BENEFITS INCLUDE NETWORKING, TECHNICAL SUPPORT, AND LEGISLATIVE AND REGULATORY REPRESENTATION AND ADVOCACY, PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES TO RECRUIT STUDENTS INTO THE PROFESSION AND PROMOTE THE PROFESSION TO THE PUBLIC.
