Part 3 - Line 4a

SAFE AND INDEPENDENT LIVING - SERVICES TO HELP PEOPLE WITH MS LIVE AS SAFELY AS POSSIBLE, INCLUDING ASSISTANCE WITH MOBILITY AND DAILY LIVING ACTIVITIES, AS WELL AS PROVIDING DURABLE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, BUS SERVICES, AND CASE MANAGEMENT.


EMOTIONAL AND SOCIAL SUPPORT - SERVICES TO ASSIST PEOPLE WITH MS WHO ARE HAVING EMOTIONAL AND SOCIAL DIFFICULTIES. SERVICES INCLUDE SUPPORT GROUPS, INDIVIDUAL THERAPY, AND OPPORTUNITIES TO TALK TO OTHERS WITH MS WHO ARE COPING RELATIVELY WELL THROUGH MSA'S TLC (TALKING, LISTENING, AND CARING) PROGRAM.


EDUCATION AND COMMUNITY OUTREACH - PROGRAMS AND INITIATIVES TO BRING GREATER UNDERSTANDING OF MS TO THOSE AFFLICTED WITH IT, AS WELL AS TO THEIR FAMILIES AND TO THE LARGER COMMUNITY.
