PROVIDE FUNDING TO AIMS COMMUNITY COLLEGE INTERNAL CONSTITUENTS FOR VARIOUS EDUCATION PROGRAMS INCLUDING FIRE SCIENCE, EMS / PARAMEDIC, INTENSIVE ENGLISH AND GED, TAX HELP COLORADO, STUDENT AFFAIRS AND ENGLISH.
