SEMINOLE STATE COLLEGE EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION USES CONTRACT REVENUE FROM THE OKLAHOMA DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE TO FOSTER ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN THE SURROUNDING AREAS AND IS BUILDING A SPORTS COMPLEX.
