CHILD & PARENTAL RIGHTS CAMPAIGN (CPR-C) IS A NON-PARTISAN, NON-PROFIT PUBLIC INTEREST LAW FIRM WHOSE MISSION IS TO DEFEND THE CIVIL RIGHTS OF CHILDREN AND OF PARENTS AGAINST HARMS CAUSED BY THE SEXUALIZATION OF CHILDREN AND GENDER IDENTITY IDEOLOGY AND TO EDUCATE SCHOOL SYSTEMS AND THE PUBLIC REGARDING SUCH HARMS.

LITIGATION - PURSUED A TITLE IX COMPLAINT FILED WITH THE US DISTRICT COURT FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF GEORGIA. COMPLAINT WAS FILED ON BEHALF OF A CHILD SEXUALLY ASSAULTED ON SCHOOL PREMISES. CONTINUED PURSUING A PARENTAL RIGHTS COMPLAINT FILED REPRESENTING PARENTS ACTING ON BEHALF OF A CHILD WHO WAS TRANSITIONED AGAINST HER PARENTS KNOWN WISHES IN THE FEDERAL COURT FOR NORTHERN DISTRICT OF FLORIDA. FILED AND PURSUED A COMPLAINT IN THE FEDERAL COURT FOR THE MIDDLE DISTRICT OF FLORIDA ON BEHALF OF PARENTS WHOSE 12-YEAR-OLD DAUGHTER WAS TRANSITIONED AT SCHOOL WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND ATTEMPTED SUICIDE. SCHOOL OFFICIALS REFUSED TO NOTIFY PARENTS BECAUSE OF THE PARENTS RELIGIOUS AFFILIATION WITH THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH. FILED AND PURSUED A COMPLAINT IN THE FEDERAL DISTRICT COURT OF MASSACHUSETTS, SPRINGFIELD DIVISION, ON BEHALF OF PARENTS WHOSE DAUGHTER AND SON WERE TRANSITIONED BY SCHOOL OFFICIALS AGAINST THE KNOWN WISHES OF THE PARENTS. THESE ACTIVITIES PROVIDE REPRESENTATION TO THE FAMILIES INVOLVED IN EACH LAWSUIT FREE OF CHARGE AND BENEFITS SOCIETY AS A WHOLE BY PREVENTING UNTOLD OTHER FAMILIES FROM EXPERIENCING SIMILAR PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE AND PROTECTING THEIR MINOR CHILDREN AS WE CREATE PRECEDENTS AND PREPARE TO BRING OTHER SIMILAR CASES.
ADVOCACY - PROVIDED ADVOCACY TO PARENTS IN VARIOUS STATES AND SCHOOL DISTRICTS CONCERNING OBJECTIONABLE PRIVACY FACILITIES POLICIES THAT VIOLATED STUDENTSX AND PARENTS' CIVIL RIGHTS. DEVELOPED, PUBLISHED, AND DISTRIBUTED A NATIONAL SCHOOL RESOURCE GUIDE TO PROVIDE GUIDANCE TO SCHOOL SYSTEMS ACROSS THE NATION TO FULLY COMPREHEND AND APPROPRIATELY RESPOND TO THE "TRANSGENDER" ISSUE UNDERMINING CHILDRENS HEALTH AND PARENTAL RIGHTS IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS TO EVERY PRINCIPAL IN UTAH, GEORGIA, ARIZONA, LOUISIANA, VIRGINIA, FLORIDA, AND OHIO. WE DISTRIBUTED OVER 40,000 GUIDES NATIONALLY. THESE ACTIVITIES BENEFITED THOUSANDS OF FAMILIES ACROSS THE COUNTRY INVOLVED IN THE SCHOOL DISTRICTS IN QUESTION. THE SCHOOL RESOURCE GUIDE WILL PROTECT TENS OF THOUSANDS OF STUDENTS AROUND THE COUNTRY.
EDUCATION - SPEAKING AT CONFERENCES AND SYMPOSIUMS CONCERNING THE SEXUALIZATION OF CHILDREN AND THE HARMS TO CHILDRENS WELL-BEING AND PARENTAL RIGHTS CAUSED BY GENDER IDENTITY IDEOLOGY. EDUCATING LEGISLATORS IN VARIOUS STATES CONCERNING PHYSICAL HARMS CAUSED TO CHILDREN BY EXPERIMENTAL GENDER-CONVERSION MEDICAL INTERVENTIONS. THESE ACTIVITIES EDUCATED THE PEOPLE WHO ATTENDED THE EVENTS AND IMPACTED THEIR SPHERES OF INFLUENCE. OTHERS WERE REACHED THROUGH ONLINE DISCUSSIONS HOSTED BY THESE ORGANIZATIONS FOLLOWING THE PRESENTATIONS. AS A RESULT, MANY FAMILIES, INCLUDING THEIR MINORS, WILL BE PROTECTED FROM THE SIDE EFFECTS OF HARMFUL, SURGICAL AND HORMONAL MEDICAL INTERVENTION.
