THROUGH IMPACT AND CLASS ACTION LITIGATION,LEGAL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED IN THE AREAS OF HOUSING LAW, CONSUMER LAW, INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS AND EDUCATION PROBLEMS THAT AFFECT LARGE NUMBERS OF LOW INCOME RESIDENTS. THE PROGRAM DEALS WITH CASES ADDRESSING THE NEEDS OF MEDICALLY FRAGILE CHILDREN, AND CONTINUES TO HELP NUMEROUS FORECLOSURE VICTIMS AS WELL AS RESIDENTS ACROSS THE REGION LIVING IN SUBSIDIZED OR PUBLIC HOUSING.
