OTHER PROGRAMS INCLUDE THE COORDINATION OF THE FAITH AND JUSTICE ALLIANCE,DEVELOP GUIDE AND FILE INTERVIEWS IN COORDINATION WITH THE NC JUDICIAL BRANCH.
THE NORTH CAROLINA PRO BONO RESOURCE CENTER IS THE STATEWIDE PRO BONO CLEARINGHOUSE THAT ASSISTS LAWYERS IN FULFILLING THEIR PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE PRO BONO LEGAL SERVICES. THE CENTER FOCUSES ON PROJECTS TO ADDRESS UNMET LEGAL NEEDS, CREATING CLINICS AND OTHER MODELS OF SERVICE DELIVERY TO PROVIDE NEEDED LEGAL SERVICES SUCH AS DRIVERS LICENSE RESTORATION PROJECT, HOUSING STABILITY, DISASTER RELIEF, EXPUNCTIONS, AND FEMA APPEAL ASSISTANCE.
LEGAL NEEDS STUDY: THE OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY IS TO FIND AND MEASURE THE GAPS BETWEEN THE LEGAL NEEDS OF LOW-INCOME COMMUNITIES AND THE RESOURCES NOW AVAILABLE TO MEET THOSE NEEDS.
