THE SPECIFIC PURPOSE OF THIS CORPORATION IS (A) TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL AND OTHER ASSISTANCE TO EMPLOYEES OF ROUND HILL COUNTRY CLUB, A CA CORPORATION, AND THEIR FAMILIES WHO MAY FIND THEMSELVES IN FINANCIAL DISTRESS OR HARDSHIP DUE TO (I) UNEXPECTED EXPENSES IN THE NATURE OR UNREIMBURSED MEDICAL EMERGENCIES, UNINSURED AND UNANTICIPATED CASUALTY LOSSES, (II) EXPENSES THAT WOULD PRESENT A HARDSHIP SUCH AS UNINSURED BIRTH EXPENSES, EDUCATIONAL OR OTHER SPECIAL NEEDS, AS MAY BE IDENTIFIED BY THE DIRECTORS OF THIS CORPORATION; (B) TO CREATE SCHOLARSHIPS FOR THE DEPENDENTS OF SUCH EMPLOYEES; AND (C) TO CARRY ON OTHER CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THESE GOALS AS ALLOWED BY LAW.
