ROOTED IN WYOMING PARTNERED WITH EIGHT SCHOOL GARDENS IN SHERIDAN COUNTY WITH K-5 TEACHERS. THESE IMPACTFUL COLLABORATIONS CONTINUE TO GROW OUR PROGRAM INVOLVING MORE TEACHERS, PARENTS, VOLUNTEEERS AND KIDS IN GARDEN EXPERIENCES. IN 2021, IN A BRAND NEW COLLABORATION, FIVE SHERIDAN COUNTY CLASSES PARTNERED WITH LOCAL RESTAURANTS TO CREATE UNIQUE SIDE DISHES MADE FROM PRODUCE GROWN IN THEIR OWN SCHOOL GARDENS. RIW COLLABORATES WITH COMMUNITY GARDENS ACROSS SHERIDAN COUNTY TO ENCOURAGE GARDENING FOR ALL AGES. RIW ALSO PARTNERS WITH SCIENCE KIDS FOR FUN SUMMER PROGRAMS THAT EXPLORE GARDENS ACROSS SHERIDAN COUNTY.
