THESE FUNDS WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO THE ATLANTA POLICE FOUNDATION FOR ACQUISITION OF THE LICENSE PLATE READERS. THE READERS WILL BE OWNED AND MAINTAINED BY THE CITY OF ATLANTA.
