WE PROVIDED 899 HOURS OF INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP COUNSELING SERVICES OR PSYCHOEDUCATION. ALTHOUGH WE SERVE CLIENTS FROM ALL OVER THE CITY OF FORT WAYNE, MORE THAN HALF OF OUR CLIENTELE LIVE IN SOUTHEAST FORT WAYNE, WHICH IS THE AREA OF THE CITY WITH THE HIGHEST CONCENTRATION OF BARRIERS (I.E., FOOD INSECURITY, HOUSING INSECURITY, LOWER EMPLOYMENT RATES AND OPPORTUNITIES, LOWER SOCIO-ECONOMIC STATUS, LACK OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, ETC.). WE WERE ABLE TO CLOSE THE GAPS IN ACCESS TO CULTURALLY CENTERED MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES AND SUPPORTS WITHIN THE CITY OF FORT WAYNE.
