THE CORPORATION SHALL WORK TO FOSTER, FACILITATE AND SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF PRIVATE CAPITAL IMPACT INVESTING, SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND OTHER INNOVATIVE FINANCING MECHANISMS TO EFFECT POSITIVE SOCIAL CHANGE BY, AMONG OTHER ACTIVITIES (A) CREATING AND FACILITATING EDUCATIONAL FORUMS, TRAININGS, WORKSHOPS AND PROGRAMS; (B) FACILITATING AND PROVIDING SUPPORT FOR RESEARCH AND STUDIES; (C) CREATING AND DISSEMINATING OR SUPPORTING THE CREATION AND DISSEMINATION OF EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS, TRAINING AND IMPACT MEASUREMENT TOOLS, AND OTHER RESOURCES; (D) DEVELOPING AND PROMOTING COLLABORATIONS AND RELATIONSHIPS DESIGNED TO BUILD AND SUSTAIN EDUCATED, DIVERSE, AND DYNAMIC COMMUNITIES OF IMPACT AND ENABLE THE EFFECTIVE DEPLOYMENT OF PHILANTHROPIC AND OTHER RESOURCES IN A MISSION-ALIGNED MANNER; AND (E) ENGAGING IN ANY AND ALL OTHER LAWFUL ACTIVITIES INCIDENTAL TO AND IN PURSUIT OF THE FOREGOING PURPOSES.

- ADMINISTERED THE THIRD YEAR OF THE MOSAIC FELLOWSHIP, PLACING 19 GRADUATE STUDENTS FROM TRADITIONALLY UNDERREPRESENTED BACKGROUNDS INTO PAID ROLES AS SUMMER ASSOCIATES AT 18 ICM MEMBER FUNDS, AND DELIVERED A FOUR-PART CURRICULUM - INCLUDING IN-PERSON ORIENTATION IN NEW YORK CITY - AS WELL AS NETWORKING AND MENTORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES TO ACCELERATE THEIR CAREERS IN IMPACT INVESTING.- WITH IMPACT FRONTIERS, PILOTED THE IMPACT-FINANCIAL INTEGRATION CURRICULUM FOR A COHORT OF PRIVATE CAPITAL, MARKET-RATE IMPACT FUND MANAGERS, CREATING EDUCATIONAL CONTENT AND RESOURCES THAT BECAME PUBLICLY AVAILABLE THROUGH A FREE ONLINE PROGRAM AND WEBSITE IN 2023. - WITH ICM FELLOW DIVYA WALIA AND LEGAL PARTNERS AT MORRISON & FOERSTER LLP, LAUNCHED A NEW STUDY ANALYZING 200+ EXIT EVENTS ACROSS 30 ICM MEMBER FUNDS TO BETTER UNDERSTAND SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT GENERATED DURING THE HOLDING PERIOD, FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE, AND THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN IMPACT FACTORS AND FINANCIAL FACTORS AT THE PORTFOLIO COMPANY LEVEL. THIS REPORT WAS MADE FREE AND AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC IN 2023. - WITH ICM FELLOW LAUREN WASHINGTON, LAUNCHED AND CONDUCTED ANALYSIS FOR A NEW STUDY DRAWING ON THE EXPERIENCE OF ICM MEMBERS: "WHAT'S NEXT FOR FUND ADMINISTRATION".
