IN 2023, MONTANA MINDFULNESS PROJECT TAUGHT MINDFULNESS TO PREK-12 STUDENTS,YOUNG ADULTS, AND CAREGIVERS/EDUCATORS, WITH THE MISSION OF CULTIVATINGEMOTIONAL RESILIENCE AND IMPROVING PARTICIPANTS' MENTAL HEALTH. MMP'SPROGRAMS CONSIST OF MINDFULNESS IN SCHOOLS, AFTER-SCHOOL AND SUMMER CAMPS.YOUNG ADULT RETREATS AND COMMUNITY EVENTS, AND DELIVERS THESE PROGRAMS BYPARTNERING WITH LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS WHERE YOUTH ALREADY GATHER, INCORPORATINGMINDFULNESS TRAINING INTO EXISTING PROGRAMMING. MINDFULNESS IN SCHOOLS WASDELIVERED WEEKLY TO STUDENTS AT PEAK POTENTIAL ACADEMY, STATE OF PLAY PRESCHOOL AND SUMMIT MONTESSORI SCHOOLS IN BOZEMAN. MMP'S AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM WAS TAUGHT TO STUDENTS AT BIG SKY YOUTH EMPOWERMENT, BRIDGER SKI FOUNDATION, THE LOCAL YMCA AND UNITED WAY KIDSLINK PROGRAMS IN BOZEMAN, BELGRADE AND GALLATIN GATEWAY SCHOOLS. SUMMER CAMP PROGRAMS WERE FACILITATED TO THE WORLD LANGUAGE INITIATIVE CAMP, THE THRIVE MIDDLE SCHOOL GIRLS' CAMP AND YMCA CAMPS. COMMUNITY OFFERINGS INCLUDED A FAMILY MINDFULNESS NIGHT AT WHITTIER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, TWO YOUNG ADULT HALF-DAY RETREATS, VOLUNTEER TRAINING AT EAGLE MOUNT, AS WELL AS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING FOR AMERICAN BANK AND FIRST SECURITY BANK.
