PROJECT SECOND CHANCE FOCUSES ON RESCUE WORK IN PUERTO RICO, OTHER DISASTER-HIT AREAS, AND PROVIDING ASSISTANCE TO HIGH KILL SHELTERS IN THE UNITED STATES. THE ORGANIZATION CREATES PUBLIC AWARENESS ABOUT ANIMAL WELFARE ISSUES AND PROVIDES EDUCATION, SUPPORT, AND SUPPLIES TO ITS FOSTER NETWORK TO ENABLE RESCUE RELIEF WORK AND CARE FOR FERAL CANINES.
