SUPPORTED THE PROVISION OF PRIMARY HEALTH CARE TO APPROXIMATELY 300 PEOPLE DURING 3 FIVE-DAY MEDICAL TRIPS. CARE WAS PROVIDED AT THE BASE CLINIC IN LOS ROBLES GUATEMALA AND AT SEVERAL OUTREACH CLINICS TO MAYAN VILLAGES IN THE DEPARTMENT OF SOLOLA AND A YOUTH PROGRAM IN SAN ANDRES.
PROVIDED CHRONIC CARE MANAGEMENT TO APPROXIMATELY 30 PATIENTS WITH HYPERTENSION AND DIABETES THAT WE MONITOR AND MAINTAIN ON THEIR MEDICATION YEAR-ROUND.
PROVIDE SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT TO 15 COMMUNITY-BASED MIDWIVES
PROVIDE SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT TO 2 ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS
