WE ENCOURAGED AND SUPPORTED THE PARTICIPATION OF YOUTH IN COMMUNITY SPORTS ORGANIZATIONS AND ACTIVITIES THROUGH RUNNING ATHLETIC CAMPS AND CLINICS FOR YOUTH AGES 7-18, SERVING THE LOCAL CHILDREN OF THE COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING AN AFFORDABLE OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN VOLLEYBALL IN A POSITIVE AND SAFE ENVIRONMENT. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS MADE AVAILABLE FOR EVERYONE IN THE COMMUNITY, AS WE PROVIDED FUNDAMENTAL SKILLS AND TACTICAL TRAINING. YOUTH ATHLETES ALSO LEARNED ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF TEAMWORK AND BEING A GOOD TEAMMATE WHILE DEVELOPING INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS, LEADERSHIP QUALITIES, AND A STRONG WORK ETHIC.
