PAID JOB TRAINING: UPON COMPLETION OF A BASELINE OF ONBOARDING ACTIVITIES, PARTICIPANTS CAN ADVANCE TO PAID JOB TRAINING, WHILE WORKING FULL OR PART-TIME ON CREWS AT OUR ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SOCIAL ENTERPRISE, GAINING OCCUPATIONAL SKILLS, SOFT SKILLS, AND INDUSTRY CERTIFICATIONS. THOSE WHO EARN THEIR HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA WHILE AT CIVICORPS OR COME TO CIVICORPS WITH THEIR HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA ARE ELIGIBLE TO WORK AS PRE-APPRENTICES IN OUR RECYCLING SOCIAL ENTERPRISE, EARNING THEIR CLASS B COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S LICENSE AND PREPARING FOR LUCRATIVE, UNION CAREERS. CIVICORPS ALSO OFFERS MANY OTHER PAID INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES IN VARIOUS OTHER FIELDS FOR THOSE WITH A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA.
