TO THAT END, FOUR MAJOR HEALTHCARE SYSTEMS - FROEDTERT HEALTH, ADVOCATE AURORA HEALTHCARE, CHILDREN'S WISCONSIN, AND ASCENTION HEALTH HAVE TAKEN THE LEAD BY BECOMING INVESTING STAKEHOLDERS IN CREATING AN EMPLOYER-LEAD, DEMAND DRIVEN WORKFORCE SOLUTION STRATEGY.IN ADDITION, JOB CONNECTOR EVENTS EVENTS WERE HELD TO LINK COMMUNITY REFERRALS TO SYSTEM PARTNER POSITION OPEININGS, VIRTUAL JOB FAIR WAS CONDUCTED.CHCSEW CREATED 8 PROFESSIONALLY FILMED "SEE YOURSELF IN HEALTHCARE" DAY-IN-THE-LIFE VIDEO TO SHARE HEALTHCARE CAREER INFORMATION WITH INTERESTED CAREER SEEKERS. 8 ADDITIONAL VIRTUAL HEALTH CAREER BROCHURES WERE CREATED IN 2022.LAUNCHED 5 COHORTS OF ACCELERATED MEDICAL ASSISTANT TRAINING PROGRAM WHICH RESULTED IN A TOTAL OF 61 TRAINEES ENROLLED.COORDINATED SUMMER HEALTHCARE INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCES TO YOUTH/YOUNG ADULTS WITH AN INTEREST IN HEALTHCARE CAREERS THAT EXPOSED THEM TO HEALTHCARE SETTINGS AND HEALTHCARE CAREERS.
