LUTHERAN SOCIAL MINISTRIES (LSMMD) SUPPORTS CARROLL LUTHERAN VILLAGE AND LUTHERAN VILLAGE AT MILLERS GRANT BY MANAGING VARIOUS ACTIVITIES. IT HAS INITIATED HIRING FAIRS, STAFF APPRECIATION EVENTS, PLACEMENT OF INTERNS FROM COLLEGES AND POST-GRADUATE PROGRAMS, PHILANTHROPY EVENTS, ESTATE PLANNING PROGRAMS AND MULTIPLE MARKETING PROGRAMS. FURTHER, LSMMD OFFERS TREASURY MANAGEMENT, BILLING, ACCOUNTING SERVICES, RISK MANAGEMENT, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT, STRATEGIC PLANNING AND GENERAL MANAGEMENT.IN ADDITION, LSMMD SUPPORTS INTERGENERATIONAL PARTNERSHIPS BETWEEN RESIDENTS AND STUDENTS: BOYS & GIRLS CLUB, LOCAL PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SCHOOLS AND CLUBS.
