MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS TO FURTHER THE PROFESSIONALISM OF PROPERTY MANAGERS AND ADVANCE THE INTERESTS OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AS AN INDUSTRY. SEMINARS PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES ON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INFORMATION AND ISSUES AND PROVIDE EDUCATION TO LEAD TO CERTIFICATION. HELD NUMEROUS MEMBERSHIP AND JOINT MEETINGS TO DISCUSS FINANCIAL PLANNING, LEGAL ISSUES, SOCIAL MEDIA, PROPERTY TAXES, PUBLIC SAFETY, AND VARIOUS OTHER TOPICS. ADDITIONALLY NUMEROUS CLASSES WERE HELD FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION OF MEMBERS. MEETINGS ARE ALSO HELD THAT ARE NETWORKING AND SOCIAL EVENTS SUCH AS BASEBALL GAME, CRAB FEAST, AND HOLIDAY PARTY.
