THE ORGANIZATION SUPPORTS ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS RELATED TO TRAINING AND EQUIPPING PASTORS TO INTEGRATE FAITH, WORK, AND ECONOMIC WISDOM FOR THE FLOURISHING OF THEIR COMMUNITIES. IN 2020, WE HELD EVENTS THAT REACHED OVER 6,000 PASTORS AND LEADERS.THE ORGANIZATION SUPPORTS A NETWORK OF CHURCHES ACROSS THE COUNTRY WHO ARE STARTING PASTORAL RESIDENCY PROGRAMS. THESE PROGRAMS, MODELED AFTER A HOSPITAL OR MEDICAL RESIDENCY, TAKE RECENT GRADUATES OF SEMINARY THROUGH A TWO TO THREE YEAR EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE WITH INTENTIONAL MENTORING. TO DATE, 21 CHURCHES HAVE STARTED MADE TO FLOURISH RESIDENCIES AND HAVE RECEIVED START UP GRANTS TO BEGIN THEIR PROGRAMS.
