VINCENT DE PAUL CONFERENCES TO REQUISITION AND DISTRIBUTE TO THE NEEDY IN THE COMMUNITY, AND MAKE POSSIBLE FOR THOUSANDS OF POOR PEOPLE OF THE COMMUNITY, TO STRETCH THEIR RESOURCES AND RETAIN A SENSE OF DIGNITY AT A CONSIDERABLY REDUCED PRICE.
