WHEN A REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE IS RECEIVED THE BOARD AND MANAGER DISCUSS WITH THE FAMILY SPECIFICALLY WHAT IS NEEDED TO KEEP THIS YOUTH IN THE PROGRAM.THE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IS BUILT AROUND THE FAMILIES ABILITY TO SUPPORT THE PROGRAM IN RETURN THROUGH VOLUNTEERING. PARTIAL SUBSIDY IS MOST COMMON WITH VOLUNTEER HOURS.IF THIS IS NOT AN OPTION FULL SUBSIDIES HAVE BEEN GRANTED.
