THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED AND SHALL BE OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, AS AMENDED (HEREIN CALLED THE "CODE- AND REFERRED TO BY SECTION REFERENCE). IN FURTHERANCE OF THE FOREGOING PURPOSES, THAT SHALL: A) PROMOTE K-12 STUDENT INVOLVEMENT IN SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING, AND MATHEMATICS CURRICULA THROUGH THE USE OF ROBOTICS, TO PREPARE STUDENTS FOR 21ST CENTURY CAREER PATHWAYS. B)PROMOTE STUDENT INVOLVEMENT IN COMPETITIVE PROGRAMS SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FIRST ROBOTICS PROGRAMS, ETC. C) PROVIDE EDUCATION, EQUIPMENT AND EVENTS TO LOCAL TEAMS AND PROGRAMS. D) THE CORPORATION WOULD NOT BE LIMITED TO K-12 ROBOTICS AND OTHER STEM-BASED PROGRAMS, AS THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS DEEMS FITTING OF THIS MISSION.

FRC PROGRAM - 9TH THROUGH 12TH GRADE ROBOTICS, FOCUSING ON TAKING LEARNED SKILLS AND APPLYING THEM IN A REAL-WORLD JOB SETTING WHILE CREATING FINAL PRODUCTS TO COMPETE WITH.


FTC - 7TH THROUGH EARLY HIGH SCHOOL ROBOTICS WHERE STUDENTS EXPAND STEM SKILLS INTO BUSINESS SKILLS.


FLL- 4TH THROUGH 7TH GRADE ROBOTICS, USING LEGO MINDSTORMS TO TEACH THE FOUNDATIONAL SKILLS OF STEM.
