GURLS TALK SEEKS TO FULFILL ITS MISSION BY CREATING AND SUSTAINING PLATFORMS, INCLUDING ONLINE, WHERE GIRLS CAN OPENLY SHARE THEIR EXPERIENCES AND FEELINGS IN A SAFE AND TRUSTING ENVIRONMENT, AND BY PROVIDING GIRLS OF ALL SOCIOECONOMIC AND ETHNIC BACKGROUNDS ACCESS TO RESOURCES THEY CAN USE TO EMPOWER AND INSPIRE THEMSELVES AND EACH OTHER. GURLS TALK STRIVES TO CREATE A COMMUNITY OF GIRLS FROM ALL DIFFERENT BACKGROUNDS FROM ACROSS THE GLOBE, LOOKING BEYOND EXTERNAL DIFFERENCES, AND FOCUSING ON THE ESSENCE OF WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A GIRL IN THE 21ST CENTURY.
