SHOPPINGGIVES & THE SHOPPINGGIVES FOUNDATION HAVE PARTNERED TOGETHER TO CREATE A MOVEMENT AND DRIVE MASSIVE IMPACT FOR THE CAUSES AND ORGANIZATIONS THAT SUPPORT OUR COMMUNITIES AND PEOPLE WORLDWIDE THROUGH INTEGRATED TECHNOLOGIES. THE CAMPAIGN CAPTURES PLEDGES TO 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATIONS AS OUR SOLE MISSION IS TO DRIVE IMPACT TO ORGANIZATIONS AND COMMUNITIES THAT NEED IT MOST THROUGH OUR TECHNOLOGY IN A FRICTIONLESS EXPERIENCE

SHOPPINGGIVES FOUNDATION (SGF) PROMOTES PHILANTHROPY BY PROVIDING PROGRAMS THAT SUPPORT AND ENHANCE CHARITABLE GIVING BY FOR-PROFIT CORPORATIONS AND, IN PARTICULAR, ONLINE RETAILERS. SGF WILL RECEIVE AS A DONATION A PERCENTAGE OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF CERTAIN ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES WHEN CUSTOMERS PURCHASE ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES. SGF EXERCISES CONTROL AND DISCRETION OVER ALL FUNDS DONATED BY PARTICIPATING RETAILERS AND MAKES EVERY EFFORT TO DISTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE RECOMMENDED CHARITABLE BENEFICIARIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH CUSTOMER RECOMMENDATIONS, SUBJECT TO SGF'S TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY. SGF WILL HAVE SOLE DISCRETION TO DETERMINE WHETHER A PARTICULAR RECOMMENDED BENEFICIARY IS AN APPROPRIATE RECIPIENT OF A CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTION FROM SGF, AND SGF WILL NOT BE UNDER ANY OBLIGATION TO DISTRIBUTE FUNDS TO RECOMMENDED BENEFICIARIES THAT ARE NOT PUBLIC CHARITIES.
